"The lesson I learned from all of my oil pumping experiences is to collect oil from the restaurants that are able to give me oil directly from the fryer (put into cubbies). It is cleaner, better quality, and requires less work. Just drive up and knock on the back door of a restaurant. Don't forget to be polite and grateful."
