This was a ground-up conversion, not a kit, even to building my own heated fuel tanks. The website includes schematics and design notes.

1982 Vanagon Conversion help needed

Howdy,
I just got my vanagon --1892 diesel.
And now that i've got it i've found myself completley overwhelmed with all of the information on the internet.
My library doesn't cary from the fryer to the fuel tank- or any sort of conversion books...
What's the most cost effective way to go about converting my vanagon..
What do i need? and how can i get it?
Do you have any links that give step by step conversion instructions?
I'm broke as a joke--- but i'm lookin' for a job, so i can convert my new road home.
