Zoning for WVO storage

Hello,

I'm starting a WVO recycling business and was wondering if there're zoning/license guildlines required to store WVO? Can I just lease out any commercial space or are there restrictions?

I'm just talking about WVO and Yellow grease only, not Biodiesel. Thank you in advance; you help and advice is appreciated.

I am wanting to look into what it would take, financially mostly, to startup a used grease pickup/recycling waste business. I've already got client's, but just need to know if this is feasible, and if it is a good industry.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I want to get into a profitable environmentally serivice oriented career.
