Just bought a 1990 300d and am not mechanically minded. Looking for someone in the philly area that can convert. Contacted smarterfuel but there was no answer yet. Please I need help!

Can I convert my 1996 and 1997 isuzu npr myself? What am I looking at? I am somewhat mechanically inclined, but no professional. I contacted someone to convert my truck (2 actually), but they are not calling me back. What am I up against if I do it myself?
