I've been interested in acquiring a diesel vehicle and making my own fuel. Recently I just heard this fascist crap about having to be bonded and licensed to make fuel, and having to pay taxes on it. At least this is supposedly the case in Kansas. Anybody had problems with this Orwellian garbage? Is there a lower limit before this stuff is actually required?
