what is the best oel to use

I'm wondering about using the creamy oel that seperates into about 1/2 oel & the lower 1/2 half of the cubie is creamy at room temp??????????...also in a 2 part query:
is there a rating from best to worst in the oel to use ....
like say peanut
corn
canola
soy etc..........am I making sense
