used cooking oil (Palm Oil) how to identify UCO quality

Dear sir,
I would like to know how we can identify UCO is in good quality condition? Do we have a standard for : 1, FREE FATTY ACIDS ? %
2, MOISTURE AND IMPURITIES ? %
3, IODINE VALUE ? %
4, PEROXIDE VALUE ? %
