I'm in the process of doing a 2nd tank conversion on a mercedes 240d. I've split the hot and cold hoses and ran them back to the second tank for heat. The initial hoses are getting hot in the engine but the hoses heading back to the second tank are not. No kinks in the hoses. Too little coolant? Pump? Any ideas?
