Heat exchanger hook up

Great ! i have a heat exchanger I bought on line, I can figure out the fuel in and out hook up, but puzzled as how/ where to tap into to get the hot anti freeze to pass through the unit, on a 1982 Mercedes Benz turbo diesel, many people have them installed but I cant find out how to do.
