Conversion of fats, tallow and grease to oil

How much oil can I get from a pound of poultry fat, yellow grease, tallow etc?

Thanks.

It depends upon the specific gravity of the oil. But, there are roughly 7.4 to 7.6 pounds per gallon of edible oil.

So, you're going to get roughly two pints in 1 lb of oil.
