Green-Benz

John Harrison is a CROOK! He was arrested (finally!) and is now facing criminal charges of felonious auction fraud. He advertises beautiful cars on eBay, but then sends a completely different (and practically worthless) car instead of the one featured in the listings. I know this first hand, as I am the not so proud owner of one of his heaps. When it arrived, it barely ran. There was no air filter, the brakes, lights, and myriad other mechanical systems were non-functioning. When I reported to eBay what had happened, and that Harrison was in fact under criminal investigation (and had already been taken to court previously for the same offense) the only action eBay took was to delete my negative rating and tell me to stop bothering them. I later found out that several other zero ratings before me had also been deleted by eBay, giving Harrison the appearance of a "100% positive feedback! rating, which is BS. There was nothing I could do, as the LA cops weren't interested, and he declared bankruptcy before I could sue him.

However, luck intervened, and another woman who was in the process of buying a car from him after me saw one of my posts and contacted me about it. After seeing all my evidence, she got her local cops to set up a sting, and that's how Harrison finally got busted. He is set to appear in court April 27. Thank God! I hope he does time. He has defrauded me, and at least seven other people that I am now in contact with, out of thousands and thousands of dollars. Apparently his wife left him, too.
