allergen issues

I'm very excited by the promise of SVO autos and would like one of my own. A concern: My son is allergic to peanut oil and soybean oil. People allergic to flour can experience respiratory problems if they are in an area, such as a factory, where flour particulates are airborne. What information with regards to allergens do we have about using these oils as fuels? Are the emissions much different from the oils we put in? When peanut oil is heated to 425 deg F, it's proteins are broken down enough to not cause problems for most people with peanut sensitivities.
