Oil Collection Business For Sale

Hello, I own an Oil Recovery/Collection/Marketing Recycling business in NY. My company is a Feed Stock provider for Biodiesel and Textile Industry.
We are a reputable, National Biodiesel Board listed company with a multi million dollar potential. Due to lack of vision and business experience of my 2 current business partners, I’m looking into the possibility of taking in a partner in order to buy out the 2 current partners.
Today we collect over 50,000 gallons of oil a month in NY and NJ area, but we can easily increase that 10 fold. By increasing our accounts and areas we currently collect in.
We have 4 full time trucks, centrifuge, filter press and holding tanks with all the equipment, paperwork and contacts, database of over 800 clients with 2 -3 year renewable contracts, all our intellectual property is copy righted and trade marked, including 2 websites, logos, and slogans.
We have only been in business for 8 months and already gross approx $60,000 a month. This is a drop in the bucket, considering all the national mandates that will increase biodiesel production in the next 12 years. As of today it’s nationally mandated that 2% of heating oil should come from biodiesel, between 2012-2015 it will be 20%.
In 1999 America produced 26 million gallons of Biodiesel, which was a 100% made from soybean oil. So far in 2008, America has produced over a billion gallons. By 2012 it should be at 3.5 billion. By 2020 Biodiesel production should increase to 35 billion and Waste Vegetable Oil will comprise 30% of that.
Over head is 40k a month, which is can be reduced by 10k. By increasing production from 50k to 150k gallons a month and keeping the same over head, the gross monthly profit should easily be between 350-500k a month. This business is multifaceted with many revenue streams.
