I snagged an 80 gallon smooth sided DinoFuelsAlternative tank w/heater loop in it about a month ago. I couldn't pass up the deal, even though when I get it in my truck I'll have to leave the tailgate down when I load my 132 gallon vegevacusucker, but that will just motivate me to either buy a long bed truck or build a trailer for the 300 gallon old air compressor tank I have to use as a vege vacuum collector.
I just this past evening fired an email off to a company in WV that says they make custom tanks....

No, the ports on the lid are machined as a 3/4"NPT coupling (threads both ways) so on the inside there will be a reducer then a tube fitting. the size of that tube is the restriction. I will supply 1/4" but that could be changed a size larger or smaller depending on your needs....

The restriction is in the machined rotor piece?...

I dont know about all that poly-what... but i do know that there is a upper limit to what makes sense. How long are you going to need between fillups? Are you a cross country hauler? Are you willing to devote all your bed space to a tank? How much more do you need then 45 gallons. There is no better tank then the one at the top of this page. 10" wide. No higher then the truck bed. THIS TANK ROCKS!!!!!!...

There is a restriction in the centrifuge that reduces the flow to 10-20gph. I am working on a method of adjusting this to suit your specific needs....

what would you consider the 'upper limit' as far as gallon capacity goes.
I am under the impression that a larger VO tank exposes more VO surface area to the air (+increase sloshing) thus increasing polymerization?
I read this here:

All I can see from your images is what looks like a ball valve at the opening at the bottom of the top cube.
How do you regulate the flow (10GPH) from the top cube into the CF?...

Well I finally finished the project and drove to work this morning on WVO in my 99 PSD! Having kids, working like crazy and everything else I was doing a little at a time, getting the parts, tank, hot fox, everything, so it took a while. I took one saturday to install the fittings on the engine, the back, passenger side fitting was a pain in the rear, but I got it. I unbolted the downpipe, and had a buddy hold up on the exhaust to create more room. I started wiring up the next weekend, had a few questions b...

David,
Relays are AWESOME once you fully understand them.
Part 1 of this explanation operates part 2. They are independent in operation. Part 1 is usally all low current (small wires). Part 2 is usually high current (big wires).
Part 1. 3 and 6
These two are PROBABLY interchangeable. And on other relays they are not labeled 3 and 6. What these two do are electrify an electromagnet. One needs to be power (AKA Trigger power) (AKA power from a low current switch) and the other needs to be ...

I am wiring up my truck this weekend but I am a little confused about the S2 and S5 on the diagrams. The relays have a 3, and 6 , a C, a NO and a NC. It looks like 3 is the ground, S1 is by the 6, is that what you hook the switched power to? And are these normally open or normally closed? Is C is a hot wire all the time? Help!

Yes, you will need two per truck.
Interestingly, if you ordered them from me it would be 4x$25=$100 but it you ordered them from specialtymfg.com ($100 min order) it would be 6x$17.15=102.9 and you could probably sell the two extra here....

I'm interested in enough check valves for 2 trucks. I'm gonna be getting my truck up and running soon as the centrifuge is paid for. A friend of mine is looking to get his truck on WVO too so I should get some for his truck as well.
So how many is that? 2 per truck?...

You are missing the fact that the back of my heads (firewall) are "T" together, and off that "T" is my purge line. So all diesel and veggie comes in from the front, and can be purged from the rear. Added advantage of the rear heads being tied together is it helps our poor starving injector when running on diesel.
Purge time is about 7 seconds. Plus one minute to clear the fuel in the injectors. I usually give a 10 second purge a...
